How it works
Diagnostic: A technician visits your home to inspect the appliance, identify the issue, and outline your repair options.
Estimate & Approval: You’ll receive a clear, upfront estimate that includes all parts, labor, and service costs.
Repair In Progress: Our technician performs the necessary repairs using quality parts and expert craftsmanship. Some repairs can be completed during the initial visit.
Completion & Follow-Up: Once the job is finished, the technician tests the appliance to confirm it’s working correctly and reviews the results with you. If repairs can’t be completed or you choose not to repair, only the diagnostic service call fee is charged.
Additional Diagnostics
In rare cases, extra steps may be needed (e.g., moving built-ins, unstacking units, multiple techs, or hazardous material removal). Any additional costs will be explained up front and require your approval before work begins.
